Refund and Exhange Policy

At Santura Watches, each piece is crafted with precision and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair exchange policy to ensure quality and authenticity.

 

General Policy

 

All purchases are considered final, except under the conditions outlined below.

We only accept:

  • Exchanges, or
  • Refunds (in specific cases only)

Requests must comply fully with this policy.

 

Exchange Eligibility

 

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All packaging, tags, protective films, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Non-Eligible Items

 

The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Limited edition / exclusive drop items
  • Customized or engraved watches
  • Items marked as Final Sale

 

Exchange Process

 

If your exchange is approved:

  • You will need to return the item to us (shipping cost borne by customer)
  • After inspection, we will ship a replacement unit of the same model

If the requested model is no longer available, you may choose:

  • A different item of equal value, or
  • A refund (see Section 6)

 

Defective or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

If verified, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable

We will also cover shipping costs in this case.

 

Refinds (Limited Cases Only)

 

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective and no replacement is available
  • The item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled after purchase
  • An order is cancelled by Santura Watches

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–14 business days for processing (depending on payment provider)

 

Shipping Responsibility

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective)
  • Santura Watches is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

 

One-time Exchange Policy

 

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Replacement items are not eligible for further exchange unless defective.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
